Freight Terms & Conditions
Our initial freight cost (Australia Mainland Only) is free.
Delivery will only be made to premises between 9am to 5pm weekdays
and is therefore recommended that the delivery address is a
business or property where someone is available at all times. Any
item over a meter long cannot be sent to a P.O. Box. (eg:
Waterskis, Wakeboards, Wakeskates, Kneeboards, Towers & Poles,
Sky Skis). All deliveries must be signed for and cannot be
delivered without a signature. Courier drivers will not ring you
prior to delivery; delivery dates and times will be forwarded to
you prior to dispatching of goods but are approximate and may vary
without notification. Should a re-delivery be made the cost of
this $18.50 will be charged to you.
This fee will not be passed on until we have proof of
re-delivery from the courier company.
All freight out side of Mainland Australia will be quoted before
order is processed.
For smaller items sent by Australia Post this re-delivery fee
does not apply. If no one is available to sign for the item a note
will be left with details for you to pick your items up from your
local post office. All deliveries must be signed for and cannot be
delivered without a signature.
Please make sure goods are not damaged before signing for them.
As once they have been signed for we will not be held responsible
for any damage.
