ORDERING PROCEDURE
Ordering Procedure
We want your shopping online with us to be an enjoyable
experience. Once you have placed an order with Waterskiers
Connection you will receive a confirmation email of your order.
Orders received prior to 2.00pm A.E.S.T. (Mon - Fri) will be sent
that day, if we cannot fill your order (eg: out of stock or colour)
we will contact you immediately to discuss the order, so please
make sure you have given us contact details where we can reach you
any time during working hours, this will avoid any delays with your
order. Once the order has been packed we will send you an email
confirming freight details. If you do not receive an email within 2
days please contact us to make sure we have your correct contact
details.
If your order is a gift please let us know (in special
instruction section of order) whom to contact and at what number.
Also make sure the email address we send delivery details and
correspondence to will not be read by the person receiving the
gift, as we do not want to spoil any surprises where possible.
Order Acceptance
The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation
does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of
an offer to sell. Waterskiers Connection reserves the right,
without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item
and/or to refuse service
