Returns & Refunds
Please choose carefully as Waterskiers Connection does not
refund if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice. This is
subject to your statutory rights. Waterskiers Connection will
offer an exchange or store credit (less any freight charges) within
10 days of purchase, if the items are unused and in new condition
& tags still attached. Store credit is valid for a period
of six (6) months. All freight costs will be met by the
purchaser for the return of goods unless the goods are damaged in
transit to the purchaser. In this case, the freight of the goods
back to the Waterskiers Connection will be met by
Waterskiers Connection.
Warranty Claims
We pride ourselves on giving our customers excellent back up
service and will try our hardest to resolve any genuine warranty
claim. You must contact us for all warranties, faults or returns
prior to the return of any stock. This way we will be able to
advise you of the most efficient way of handling your warranty
claim. When asked to send product back to us or manufacture please
attach details of purchase, return address, contact phone number,
and problem so there is no confusion.
All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The
period of warranty will vary from product to product. Most products
come with a 12-month manufactures warrant. You must have proof of
purchase from Waterskiers Connection to make a warranty claim. If
you have lost your receipt we might have a copy in store but we
cannot guarantee this.
