Getting up on a Sky Ski is very similar to a single ski deep
start. It is recommended that you use a "Long Vee" or "Deep Vee"
when starting out as this will help keep the Sky Ski straight as it
rises out of the water. Once your ready, place the Ski in the "Deep
Vee" and your arms around your knees, keeping them straight at all
times, get the boat into idle, lean back slightly, hold position
and keep looking forward at the boat while keeping your shoulders
and hips parallel to avoid dropping a shoulder, this will stop the
Ski from turning as your getting up. When you are out of the water
in this position try to lean slightly forward to avoid the Ski from
lifting causing it to stall and probably crash also try to stay
behind the boat and generally speaking the boat speed should be
kept around 10-14 mph until comfortable.
