Ordering procedure


We want your shopping online with us to be an enjoyable experience. Once you have placed an order with Waterskiers Connection you will receive a confirmation email of your order (Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email). Orders received prior to 2.00pm A.E.S.T. (Mon – Fri) will usually be sent that day, please not that we are a seasonal business and we try to stock as much product as possible, stock levels are not shown on website. If we cannot fill your order (eg: out of stock or colour) we will contact you immediately to discuss the order prior to processing payment, so please make sure you have given us contact details where we can reach you any time during working hours, this will avoid any delays with your order. All orders that have a valid email address will automatically receive email confirming freight details. If you do not receive an email within 2 days please contact us to make sure we have your correct contact details.

* Please keep in mind that once the item gets out, it's completely out of our hands. We try our hardest to get items out as soon as possible but after the couriers take the item its then up to them to deliver the item on time. If you would like to cancel your order due to a freight hold up (which is unusual) the return cost is then the customers responsibility. 

If your order is a gift please let us know (in special instruction section of order) whom to contact and at what number. Also make sure the email address we send delivery details and correspondence to will not be read by the person receiving the gift, as we do not want to spoil any surprises where possible.

Pre Orders

For upcoming new season gear yet to arrive in Australia, we are giving you the opportunity to reserve a new ski, wakeboard, kneeboard or any other goodies to be sure that you can get the latest and greatest from each brand.

All approved and processed Pre Order reserves you your selected item. Please keep in mind that shipping dates for pre order items may change due to hold ups and other reasons related to the brands and manufacturing. Once it arrives at our warehouse we can then do our best to get your items out as soon as possible. Please be patient as we can not push suppliers to produce product faster than the informed time frame.

New models are expected to start arriving from the beginning of September and will continue throughout October and November.

A Pre Order item is a new item that has not come into the country yet which means we are unable to control stock until our suppliers get it. A Pre Order is not an item that has run out of stock. A Pre Order is an item that Waterskiers Connection provides you as a privilege to secure a NEW item.
By Selecting a pre order item, you agree that Pre Order items can be delayed and pushed back. The only information we can get for our items is from the suppliers and their manufacturers. DO NOT order a pre order item if you are in a rush or do not understand what a pre order item is. In the event of not know and you would like more information. Please contact us directly before purchase.

Order Cancellations or Adjustments

Waterskiers Connection is known for getting items out as fast as possible so that you can enjoy your items on the water. This mean, once your order has been shipped, we can not stop the item or cancel unless you send the item back. Please refer to our Returns policy for more information.

Order Acceptance

The receipt of an order does not solidify that your order is final. Waterskiers Connection reserves the right to cancel or order if it does not meet requirements. Waterskiers Connection also has the right to refuse service to customers that do not follow the Waterskiers Connection Terms & Conditions.


All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$) and include GST (goods & service tax). Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Waterskiers Connection reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted). If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order
