Our initial freight cost for most items (Australian & Tasmania Mainland Only) is free for orders over $50 as per conditions below except where the items showing a freight charge which will show up in your shopping cart, or freight to be quoted, then one of our team will contact you with a freight quote before processing payment of your order. A flat rate of $10 will be charged for all orders under $50.

FREE FREIGHT on items over a meter long (eg: Waterskis, Wakeboards, Wakesurfers, Wakeskates, Kneeboards and Sky Skis) to receive FREE FREIGHT and avoid paying a re-delivery fee, please provide a business address or alternatively items can be sent to the closest delivery depot for you to pick up (Note: Cannot be sent to P.O. Box). If a residential address is given and no one is there to sign for delivery, a second delivery will be made and by accepting these terms you agree to pay a $20.00 re-delivery charge debited from your credit card.

* Please keep in mind that once the item gets out, it's completely out of our hands. We try our hardest to get items out as soon as possible but after the couriers take the item its then up to them to deliver the item on time. If you would like to cancel your order due to a freight hold up (which is unusual) the return cost is then the customers responsibility. 

* If you want to pick your item up from the courier’s closest depot please write in delivery address (Collect from Depot) you will receive a call from the depot when item has arrived.  

Shipping outside of Australian & Tasmanian Mainland: will be quoted before order payment is processed.

International Orders: We do not ship orders internationally

Smaller items: will be shipped by Fastways, Couriers Please or Australia Post and can be sent to Business, Residential or P.O. Box (P.O. Box by Australia Post Only). If no one is available to sign for the item a note will be left with details for you to contact the courier, or for Australian Post items to be pick up from your local post office.  

Delivery of Goods: Courier drivers will not give you a time of day for delivery or ring you prior to delivery, consignment & tracking details will be emailed to you on dispatch you may need to wait up to 24 hours before freight companies tracking is available. All deliveries must be signed for and cannot be delivered without a signature.

Receiving of goods: Please do not ask to have item left without signature, all deliveries must be signed for, for both our security and yours. If you change delivery arrangements with the courier after goods are shipped we will not be held responsible for delivery or any damage of order.

Warning before Signing for Goods: Please make sure goods are not damaged before signing for them. As once they have been signed for we will not be held responsible for any damage.

Goods Delivered & Damaged Shipments: If there is damage to the product please make sure you have told the courier and he writes this on the consignment note before you sign for it. As once the items have been signed for claims reported after delivery has been signed for are subject to denial.
