WARRANTY CLAIMS

We pride ourselves on giving our customers excellent back up service and will try our hardest to resolve any genuine warranty claim. You must contact us for all warranties, faults or returns prior to the return of any stock. This way we will be able to advise you of the most efficient way of handling your warranty claim. When asked to send product back to us or to the manufacture please attach receipt of purchase, return address, contact phone number, and problem so there is no confusion.

All products purchased from Waterskiers Connection carry a manufacturer's warranty unless sold as a "no warranty" item. The period of warranty will vary from product to product. Most products come with a 12-month manufactures warranty (unless otherwise stated) from date of purchase. You must have proof of purchase from Waterskiers Connection to make a warranty claim. All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record. The manufacturer has the final say as to repair or replace all warranty/defective products. No refunds will be given on warranty claims. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to Waterskiers Connection or to the manufacture. Please contact us with any warranty questions.

* Wakeboards used on sliders and rails are not covered under warranty (unless stated by manufacturer).
